Description
Create a new auto 3 state checkbox control inside a dialog.
Syntax
hndl = CONTROL ADD CHECK3STATE [Name ControlName], hwnd, ctrlID, txt, xPos, yPos, Width, Height [, [Style] [, [ExStyle]]]
