New karma options

I've added new karma options to forum site.
Now when you change other user's larma, you have to specify the reasons.
Karma log will be visible so you can see why and when your or other user karma was changed

Sounds Good.

I have noticed that I cannot 'view member profile' even when logged in although I can access the member list.
