If you don't have a AWS account, they will give you one free for a year which could be a Windows instance, That may serve as a temp PC until you get one of your own.
Since I only access internet via mobile phone and I feel a lack of good basic programming possibilities to create my own apps on this device I wish I could edit & execute thinBasic-scripts just online somehow....
