Windows 7, 64bit - no extension connection, no edit

I just noticed that under Windows 7, 64bit the shell context menu does not offer "Edit" option for tBasic scripts, and when I click on tBasic file, it asks me how I want to open it, although it had correct TB icon. I think this could be some installer registry issue?

I guess it will be some 32bit program vs 64bit OS problem.
For example, older version of 32bit Servant Salamander (file manager) does not load file icons properly there, but on XPs it worked ok.
