    toolbar load own icons

there is an example "toolbar and menu" in UI folder. How I can load own created 16x16 Icons for toolbar ? the above example is old, here you can only use predefined ms Icons. they are boring. I want to change this one. What's the best way for loading own Icons ?

ps: the menu bar colour I cannot change, that's right ?

Frank all your answers are here http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/libr...8VS.85%29.aspx

Always look to msdn for answers when doing UI work.

You can change the colour and the icons.
