Here are some Links to my favourite Old Computer Magazine Sites.

This (ftp://ftp.worldofspectrum.org/pub/sinclair/magazines/) Site contains Thousands of Page Scans of old 'Sinclair Spectrum' Magazines.

Here (ftp://ftp.worldofspectrum.org/pub/sinclair/books/) you can download a lot of Programming Books for the Sinclair.

This (http://cgw.vintagegaming.org/galleries/index.php?year=0&pub=0&id=500) Site contains 100 Full Editions of 'Computer Gaming World' Magazine.

Finally this (http://mags.acornpreservation.org/Micro_User/index.php) Site contains a lot of Magazines for the BBC Micro Computer.

That should keep you Reading for a long time. :D

Thanks for the great links. I will be downloading for sure to archive. When I build my dedicated emulator box wth nothing but old system emulators, it will give me endless pleasure to use these great magazines to explore and enjoy!!

Thanks again. Also computer chronicles had a show I think about the BBC micro, I can't find it at their archive site, so it might have been another program, but it really looked like an awesome computer for its time. I had wished they had it here in the states when I saw that show.
If any of you run into the video of a tv show showing that computer let me know, thanks.

Here is something I figured out to help with downloads. The sites with ftp downloads you can use an ftp program and download the root folder which in the sinclair one is the pub folder. It will get all the files and folders. I am using cuteftp and it is working great. Sure is a time saver and wanted to share that info.

Good Idea, I'd been downloading them one page at a time. :P

I'm using Firefox and have the FireFTP (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/684) add-on installed. I'll be sure to use it in the future.

I've Downloaded a lot of the Computer Chronicles shows from the Internet Archive (http://www.archive.org/details/computerchronicles) too.

Theres a load more Old Computer shows here (http://youtube.com/results?search_query=bbc+micro&search=Search). ;D

:D

In CGW 1st issue there is advertisement for "Castle Wolfenstein" which was probably inspiration for also ancient "Wolfenstein3D". Incredible.

Fun is that I have seen some new edition of original "Wolfenstein 3D" in shop few weeks ago ;D
It was about ~4$.

Bye,
Petr
