Hello,

I heard your wishes.
Added automatic level.
Now better readable.

Thanks to all.

Eros,
this causes an error: ['NEXT : NEXT'] without error message!
A 'for loop' works not correct!

thinBasic 1.8.6. works fein here at the moment!

thinAir has some problems if more programs are running in the background.
The cursor is then too slowly ( here at me!)

Have fun!

Dear petr

thanks a lot for this very nice and intriguin game.
I like a lot this kind of games.

If you will be so kind to let me know about your difficulties in using thinBasic, I will be happy to try to improve and/or add some commands that you need or that are missing and that can help programmer's life.

Ciao

The game is really nice,

graphics are well done.

I would only add two observations:

text on the title screen is not very readable thanks to complex background
it would be nice to switch to next level automatically once I win the current level (at first I did not know what to do)

Those kind of games would merit to have a place in thinGaming score engine at http://community.thinbasic.com/gaming/
Let me know if you would like and what kind of scoring do you need and I will see how to arrange.

Nice little game, I like it. Automatic level switching would be great.

Hi Peter,

I did not notice something like that. What could be is if a thinbasic app is not closed correctly, a process of it is still running. And that slows down everything.

If you execute a script in thinAir it will remain in "wait" time for the process to end in order to check any runtime error returning from the script.
In that situation you can still select thinAir and return to the script but it will be very slow and could also GPF.
I will improve this situation with clear message.
I will also add an option to give alert in case thinBasic is still running.

Thanks for letting us know. Those are the info that allow us to improve.

Hi Michael,

you are right. That could happen.
But if I look in the Task manager, I don't see any running Programs.
For this reason, I ask me , what did I make wrong?
But I get no reply here on.

cheerio.

Peter,

1) what system are you running thinAir on?
2) What programs are running in the background when you discover the slowdown.
3) Is thinAir slow right form the start or does it happen after you started a script?
4) When you discover the slow behaviour of thinAir, you won't find a thinBasic procress still running in the task manager?

Michael

P.s: With all respect, but the info we have about your problem is very vague. It's like "hey my app is crashing, what can it be?", without providing sourcecode and stuff like that.

Hello Michael,

at first: THIS IS NOT A PROBLEM!!!!
It happens sometimes. Not so often!

I can live therewith.
I didn't tell that this is a bug!

That is rather a report.

Okay, msy OS = Windows7 64 bit.
That's all.

Thank you.
