during my discoveries throught the net, I bumped into this online mag.

I always like PC related magazines, and if they are in PDF and for free ... ideal

Looks pretty good. Layout of first issue was real retro

I am quite angry no similar magazine is sold "in paper" here. We had a "Software news" which were good ( many reviews but also lot of code in Perl/C/C++/SmallTalk ... BASIC not so much

), but I think the project died.
