Space Legend - (game/RPG)

While waiting for thinBasic 2.0 i had some time to play around and made a game to challenge you.

It's the daily 30-minutes-RPG-experience for you to take a break from coding.

Play as the commander of a spaceship travelling through a thinUniverse fighting alien spaceships and destroy threatening asteroids.
Select your skills and upgrade wisely to make millions of kilometers.

How to play should be familiar and I won't spoil to much and leave the fun of finding out to you.

hints:
- each block gives you 125 km if removed in groups
- enemies will appear randomly in steps of 2500 km - so except the first - it's not always the same that awaits you
- single blocks can be removed too, but you'll get a penalty (shields/health) and come closer to the next enemy much faster
- increase your agility and vitality as first
- the raygun (if improved) is more effective on shielded aliens while the missiles have to force down the shields before they'll make any damage.
- make heavy use of the laser! - if you refer to it in emergency cases only it's too late mostly
- don't panic and check your possiblities - there's no timer
' why doesn't it hide it?

- collect stars during battle as much as possible!
- avoid taking big chunks of XP during non-battle-times
Be warned - it could be kind of addicting

Have fun!

need #MinVersion 1.9.15.0 for the thinBasic-script
or windows for the executeable version
large screen required ( > 1024 * 768 )

- rebalanced once more so it keeps challenging in higher levels now
- now Laser-charge increases with Player-level
- enemies at higher levels have more health

I think there are missing some Forum-sections as beta-testing and support

My best score so far after more than 20 tentative.
Quite complex strategic game, very nice once you got the best strategy.

Marvelous!

I'm not a lover of tiles game, but this game has a very nice strategic part that makes it very funny.

Great work!
