    Megaupload shutdown

The FBI shuttered file-sharing web site http://www.megaupload.com/
arrested its executives, because he host some copyrighted materials (ebooks, software, music, video)
    they said here http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...ar-wealth.html
that its owner make millions from it.
i have noticed that many sites closed or changed its behaviour, but what about torrents, emule and edonkey networks !!. my opinion is that who are downloading illegal soft will not buy for it from the beginning, many downloaders are not users ,they are just downloading "download mania" without using it at all like stone collectors.
some big software owners are happy to see that their soft are downloaded by millions in the torrents sites, and they will feel bad if they found that no one are downloading their software, the illegal downloaders are considered promoters for their soft, and this is a complex matter, to consider downloaders as promoters the soft must be famous and essential enough, such as autocad, mathematica, matlab, etc. and sooner or later a good percentage of the downloaders will be users especially if they benefit from that software.

They picked him because he came up with a new way for musicians to get their music out to the public, making money without the record companies in the middle.

    excerpt from link below:
...However, yesterday, a new theory surfaced that indicates Megaupload’s demise had less to do with piracy than previously thought. This theory stems from a 2011 article detailing Megaupload’s upcoming Megabox music store and DIY artist distribution service that would have completely disrupted the music industry...

seems google are behind some of the files sharing sites closing, at the same time of closing megaupload suddenly the biggest site for ebooks http://library.nu stop to provide links to the ebooks downloads which are mostly stored in the free ifile.it servers , but the site continue to provide descriptions for the books which was uploaded at the same time to a russian site (may be as a revenge!!), but today the http://library.nu are directed to http://books.google.com/books so it is closed forever.
