loading german keyboard language (problem here)

yesterday my son was playing with my pc. he installed new things (games!) I didnt know. reset computer several times he said. afterwards the keyboard didn|t work anymore in german language but with us keyboard. for example Z = y and many other keys have another type declaration. its possible to change that on xp computer ? help is very appreciated and welcome. bye, largo

solved my little problem. I have looked at wrong place.

english: system control / region+language options / languages (2.nd tab) push "details" / below: "installed services" "add" for new language (here: german) / "delete" us english keyboard language / after settings saved => restart

all ok here! my son has learned all steps for installing new languages for keyboard too, he's sitting beside me

I am not sure, I think it due to an old game pack my son has bought from gameshop center (for 5 euro!) here in town. one of these three games

Best Sports Game - Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2005

Best Racing Game - Need for Speed Underground 2

Best Multiplayer - Unreal Tournament 2004

must be responsible for changing keyboard languages. my personal opinion is first game. I tried to delete all games but I am not sure to delete all entries in registry they are poison for my os. My suggestion is that something changed in registry by game playing of my son. it's no harm. here's working everything fine again (I hope so!) and it's remaining in well running status.

Very strange.

And also good buy for 5 EUR

- Need For Speed Underground 2 is great game and UT 2004 is fun. The first one I have full version, the second one just demo, and none of these harmed my keyboard settings.
