    Sorry, I thought it was already like you asked but it wasn't. Now attachments should be visible to not registered users and/or users not logged.

    Default text editor defaulted to standard one. This is only valid for new users registering from now on.
    For all already registered users willing to change their default text editor follow this steps:
    • Top menu "Forum actions" choose "General settings"
    • in there change "Message Editor Interface" to whatever is preferred
