There is no primary goal other than having fun with thinBasic and whatever other passions (possibly tech related), even other programming languages. I like to see mixing different passions/interests, see different ways of viewing the same thing. This is the soul of creation: mixing. What's the problem with this?
About thinBasic, if you are curious just have a look at support area and you will see what's going on under the curtains. There are many many bugs fixed and new features developed.
