I have a network indicator in my windows 7? But it is different looking.
Hello
you may have noticed that windows 7 lacking the Network Lights at the bottom of the screen.
i have tried too much to enable it, it may be deleted by microsoft, but any way there is a great free small utility here:
http://www.itsamples.com/network-act...indicator.html
just double click on the NetworkIndicator.exe file and it will appear like this:
right click on the icon to adjust the settings of the utility.
it is usefull ,many times i catch some sites pumping info continuously from and into my computer using this network indicator.
I have a network indicator in my windows 7? But it is different looking.

Kent,
that indicator shows only the network status change and not the flow of bytes when there is some activity on the net.

Oh I see, that is all I need as my internet as been terrible lately... cutting off all the time and then coming back up, so when a page doesn't load immediately I look at that icon.
