[font=courier new]If he hasn't eaten since he was 13, then, I think his skeleton should not have grown since then (first link). So, we would expect him to now be the size of a 13 year old Indian boy.

On the other hand, according to articles similar to this one (first link), maybe he should live, approximately, forever.

On the third hand, there have been hoaxes that were successful for extended time periods.

I've been looking out for more substantive articles - we will have to wait a while, but here is a video giving more details about the yogi and the rigorous investigations which were carried out in hospital. . - and yes the bath water was measured before and after.

[font=courier new]To be clear, my preference is that Prahlad Jani is genuine.

This chapter from Yogananda's autobiography, describes a visit to a woman who had not taken food or water for fifty years. It is a long time since I read this book - it is an engaging narrative, and the story of Giri Bala bears some similarity to that of the Yogi.

[font=courier new]I read about Giri Bala.

It looks like a good book.

I know I've seen that yogi's picture before.

I wonder if they did body scans on him to see if they could find any different organs inside of him? Perhaps he has a mutation where as the stuff that would normally come out as urine or movements can be reprocessed by his body somehow, but still you would have perspiration and dehydration that way unless he could absorb the humidity instead of perspiring, perhaps his skin absorbs moisture?
